Production optimisation
Completely new organisational software was developed to optimise production processes and procedures. It enables each staff member, for example, to complete and report tasks, orders and repairs in an efficient manner. It can also obtain work plans, procedural instructions and evaluations. This can be done by using a unique, user-friendly button interface without the need to enter text - comparable to operating a ticket machine.
Certification
Our company is certified according to ISO 9002 ff. TS 16949 certification is currently in preparation. The company operates more than 1,000 measuring instruments and machines. All measuring instruments are linked to our software to achieve the highest possible quality.
Finishing
Finishing processes required are handled by controlled outsourcing. We offer the following finishing for turned and milled parts: galvanising (blue/yellow), nickel-plating, copper coating, chrome plating, anodising, annealing, kolsterising, plasma-nitriding, etc.
Post-treatment also forms part of our service: flat grinding, centreless grinding, through-feed grinding, cross-grinding (honing), polishing, lapping, etc.

SPC measuring stations
Each machine has an SPC measuring station with roughness tester to ensure the highest possible quality. The machine and quality monitoring program was developed in-house and has been adjusted to the specific needs of our company and the requirements of our customers. The software is subject to continuous improvement.
