Made in Germany
We produce in Germany, a high-wage country, and can nevertheless compete with producers from the Far East. For us, ‘made in Germany’ means fast and accurate. Ultra-modern technology, our flexible attitude and market-orientated prices allow us to compete with domestic and foreign companies.
Staff
We have few staff members and are particularly proud of them. We require only a very small staff, as our production is completely IT-controlled.
Mathias Rodenbeck has a passion for technology and developed the automation systems specifically for the company.
In total, we employ some 20 staff members: masters, fitters, machine operators and support staff.
Rodenbeck company
The Rodenbeck family is very entrepreneurial. Mr Rodenbeck senior had established Rodenbeck Leiterplattentechnik (PC boards). This served as cornerstone for the 3 companies that trade under the Rodenbeck name today.
André Rodenbeck, brother to Mathias, continues to run Leiterplattentechnik as well as ICOMatic Sensortechnik.
